Orders received on a business day (Monday through Friday) by noon (US Eastern Time Zone) will be processed that same day, unless items ordered are on back order. Items usually ship within 5 business days. Any orders placed after noon or on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. How will I know if there is a complication with my order? We will immediately notify you of any complications with your order, including back orders, special order items and credit card trouble. Duties and taxes? Our pricing does not include duties, insurance costs or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Statement on restrictions The Natural Remedies Store strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad. Back Ordered Items Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 10 business days. Special order items may take longer. Any special order or back order item will delay your international delivery unless you contact The Natural Remedies Store at 1-703-765-0099. Your order will be automatically shipped when all the products are available. How do I pay for an international order? All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement. Return Policies All returned merchandise must be unopened and undamaged in order to be accepted by The Natural Remedies Store. There is a 25% processing fee on returned merchandise (i.e., you will be refunded 75% of the purchase price of returned item(s)).
